Explore the physical and energetic aspects of mindful movement through yoga while drawing inspiration from various contemplative arts traditions. Benefits include reducing stress, improving flexibility and increasing strength to elevate overall vitality. Techniques are demonstrated and modifications are offered to allow you to participate at the level of your abilities. Beginners are welcome!

Private Yoga Therapy & Mind-Body Sessions
Yoga therapy and mind-body arts are integrative healing modalities that take into account the multi-dimensional nature (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual) of human beings and strives to bring balance to the ‘whole’ person. I would be happy to talk with you about what is challenging you at the moment or what your goals are to see if private sessions are a good fit for you. Sessions can be enjoyed in the privacy of your home or Phone/Skype appointments may also be arranged at your convenience.
