Private Yoga Therapy & Mind-Body Sessions
Yoga therapy and mind-body arts are integrative healing modalities that take into account the multi-dimensional nature (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual) of human beings and strives to bring balance to the ‘whole’ person.
Sessions are relaxed, supportive and nonjudgmental. You set the tone. We may explore causes of pain or disability through mindful movements, deep breathwork, meditation mentoring, yoga, tai chi, qigong, reiki and aikido foundations.
Guidance is infused with spiritual inspiration from the ancient teachings of Yoga and other contemplative practices. This holistic approach to health addresses the underlying causes of balance, pain, anxiety and mobility challenges and provides you with the practical tools to renew, recharge and empower yourself.
I successfully work with clients (ages 19 to 90+) with disability and disabling conditions including: back pain, auto immune disorders, multiple sclerosis, pelvic inflammatory disorders, peri-menopause, breast cancer, shoulder surgeries, migraine headaches, hip or knee replacements.
There is no fee for an initial phone consultation. We can begin by talking about why it is you are seeking and to mutually decide if private yoga therapy sessions are a good fit for you. Sessions can be enjoyed in the privacy of your home or Phone/Skype appointments may also be arranged if you are outside of the Milwaukee metro area or your work requires you to travel frequently.

About Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapeutics offer a range of mind-body techniques designed to affect human behavior primarily through integration of the central nervous system with the entire human experience.
Quality of life and human movement performance are affected by physical structure as well as emotional, psychological and spiritual conditions.
Mind-body practices encourage new, recovery-focused outcomes through increased perception of proprioceptive information, a non-judgmental awareness of thoughts and emotions and a safe “challenge by choice” development of tolerance to physical sensation.
